Our Consultants are all selected on the basis of a service attitude , with large field experience in the industrial process environment and with a mindset guided by tangible results.
The Quality Residents and Quality Support personnel are Engineers or Technicians selected and recruited following the criteria determined by MAEC (Service base attitude, experience, rigour, availability, reactivity, flexibility, personal skills,…) They receive a specific training on Industrial Quality by MAEC and a training specific to the product/process by the customers.
